Artist's Comments

I've mentioned the pokemorph comic Timothius and I were working on last year a couple of times previously, so here's the cast themselves: left to right, Fargo the Farfetch'd, Timothius' Raichel the Raichu-morph, and Evan the Eevee. As if you can't guess already, Evan is related to Eva Helix from the Moro Island story (the original idea was that he's her grandfather) and, as such, shares her ability to evolve into the other Eevee forms through the use of the stone he wears and back again. Unfortunately, he lacks her control or practice with the ability, so he's seldom able to change into the form he wants to; needless to say, his character (and the comic in general) was supposed to be MUCH closer in tone to the "traditional" Pokemon story than Moro Island was.

Unfortunately, no...between prior commitments for both of us (and my ADDS kicking in again), we got no further than the first 13 pages of script.

Nah, all the stuff I've been posting is about a year old...there's no scanner at the Best Western I'm living at.

S'a shame we never got too far on this. But look at it this way, it was great as practice work and getting us both prepared for the possability. Thanks for uploading this. :) It was a nice memory. I have only fond memories from this project even though it never got far.

Heck... I see it as a series of drawing trades. Which I wouldn't mind doing again with ya. Drawing trades that is. ^_^ Lemme know when you get a scanner and are ready for trading and I'll be more than happy to start doing a series of trade sketches with ya!
